I happen to find one adult swim cartoon in my liking: an all-minority cast of superheroes! Minoriteam was on adult swim in the early 2010's and not many episodes are on YT for some reason (copyright issues?). They fight for truth, social justice and equality for all, and against discrimination, prejudice and stereotypes in a superhero fashion against the evil conspiratorial elite "ILL-unfair-Nazi" (mockery of Illuminati) based their power on group "privilege" to rule the world, even the animation resembles a "typical" comic book in design and appearance.
Minoriteam's cast are interesting, based on race or other "minority" traits: Fasto, an African-American not from this world: he's from Washingtonus, Detroitus, Comptonus (a town, land and planet) and he's gay, Jewcano an over 2,000 year old man and Orthodox rabbinate scholar, Dr. Wang an Asian (identified as Chinese) scientist and paraplegic bound to his wheelchair (rip-off of Professor X of X-Men), El Jefe a born poor made himself rich from Mexico is part-Aztec Indian, Spaniard and Viking (superpowers from his ancestor, Thor: god of lightning) and Non-Stop, a mini-mart employee from India with a mental disability who works as the name says it: Non-stop.
On occasion, they have a recurring character who is white/Caucasian-a transgendered liberal college student, but he's or she's known as TransHuman, can morph from male to female (this reminds me of the Starlights from Sailor Moon, LOL). I happen to notice they can't have the Apache Chief (or Geronimo), a 1970s Hanna-Barbera cartoon character known to grow to be 100 feet tall. :-/ He would fit in the Minoriteam cast that's for sure.
